He represents fiduciaries, such as trustees, successor trustees, executors, and personal representatives as well as beneficiaries and heirs. Mr. Moss is equipped to challenge wills and trusts and to defend trustees against contests to estate instruments on the grounds of undue influence, lack of testamentary capacity, fraud, or lack of compliance with proper will or trust formalities.
