Throughout his career, Mr. Moss has assisted scores of clients to collectively settle over $100 million worth in trust and estate assets. He regularly litigates multi-million-dollar trusts, wills, and estate disputes. He represents fiduciaries, such as trustees, successor trustees, executors, and personal representatives as well as beneficiaries and heirs.
